Handheld Daemon – v4.1.8: Fix broken PPD emulation on Arch

Handheld Daemon v4.1.8 – Retro‑PPD fix landed! 🎉

What it does:

A lightweight daemon that swaps out vendor‑only tools (Armoury Crate, etc.) on Windows handhelds so they run smoothly under Linux. It handles fan curves, TDP tweaks, controller mapping (gyro & back buttons), RGB remap, and even a gamescope overlay—perfect for turning your Legion, GPD Win, OneXPlayer, Ayaneo, Anbernic… into a true Linux gaming machine.

What’s new in v4.1.8:

  • Arch Linux fix: The missing `python-dbus` dependency is now declared, restoring Retro‑PPD emulation on Arch‑based systems. No more broken PPD!
  • Version bump from v4.1.7 → v4.1.8 (the dependency tweak is the sole change).

Quick note for Arch users:

Run `sudo pacman -Syu` or reinstall Handheld Daemon so the new `python-dbus` package gets pulled in automatically.

All other platforms (Fedora, Bazzite, etc.) stay untouched and continue working as before. Happy hacking! 🚀
