Atmosphere is the essential custom firmware for your Nintendo Switch, acting as the foundation that allows homebrew applications and enhanced system features to run. It’s a complex piece of kit involving everything from the Fusée bootloader to Stratosphère kernel modules!
This latest update focuses on keeping your setup current and stable with these improvements:
- New Firmware Support: Added basic support for firmware version 22.1.0.
- Stability Boost: General system-wide stability improvements for a smoother experience.
- Bundled Updates: This release now includes hbl 2.4.5 and hbmenu 3.6.1.
⚠️ Critical Compatibility Notes:
- Fusee Update Required: You must update your fusee when upgrading to 1.11.1. Please note that `fusee-primary` has been deprecated and will no longer work.
- Homebrew Ecosystem: To maintain homebrew compatibility during changes in application lifespan management, a temporary patch via the `teasymmodule` is included. If your favorite apps act up, please report it!
