Atmosphere is the legendary customized firmware for your console that unlocks its true potential! By replacing or modifying various system components like the bootloader and kernel modules, it provides extended functionality far beyond the standard user experience.
This massive update ensures everything stays smooth and compatible as the system evolves. Here is what’s new in version 1.11.0:
- System Support: Full support has been added for firmware version 22.0.0, ensuring a functional boot and complete feature set.
- Homebrew Compatibility Fix: A temporary patch is included to restore how applications exit, preventing a “broken” state in the homebrew ecosystem while long-term fixes are developed.
- Memory Enhancements: New support for memory modes above 4GB has been implemented!
Component Updates: Major updates were pushed to exosphere, mesosphere*, the loader, and erpt to match official kernel behaviors.
- Stability & Debugging: General system stability improvements are included, along with a new option for developers to configure Joy-Con rails as UART for debugging.
⚠️ Critical Compatibility Notes:
REQUIRED ACTION: You must update your fusee when upgrading to 1.11.0. Please note that fusee-primary* no longer exists and will not work.
Bundled Software: This release comes bundled with hbmenu 3.6.1 and hbll* 2.4.5.
